In response to Gamesys strategic objective of achieving growth across the UK, Spain, and North America, I was tasked with creating the 'Customer Promise.' This promise aimed to redefine the player's journey. I designed a brand-new logo, crafted a unique visual style of illustrations and a colour palette, and developed comprehensive brand guidelines. 'Customer Promise,' known as 'Game in Good Hands,' underwent initial testing on Virgin Games as a POC during Q4 2021. 'Game in Good Hands' was then launched across all UK brands, with plans for a roll-out in Spain and North America.
